What is Detoxification:

Our bodies naturally detox every day. Detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through our colon, liver, kidneys, lung, lymph system and skin. In fact, internal detoxification is one of our body’s most basic automatic functions.

But in our world today, body systems and organs that were once capable of cleaning out unwanted substances are now completely overloaded; therefore many unwanted toxins, heavy metals and mucous build-up in our colon, liver, kidneys and other body systems.

Ideally, we should live in a pollution-free environment, eating healthy foods and pure water. Unfortunately, we are exposed to environmental toxins, pharmaceuticals and overly-processed foods and drinks.

We are literally exposed to 1,000 of toxic chemicals on a daily basis, so doing a cleanse on a seasonal basis assures we are giving our bodies the best chance of ridding ourselves of toxic overload.
